This project involved a complete UI/UX redesign of Qegnet.et, a competition hosting platform that allows users to participate in contests, submit entries, and receive scores from judges, while also enabling companies to host and manage competitions. My role focused on identifying and addressing critical usability shortcomings in the existing platform. Through in-depth UI/UX evaluation, I pinpointed pain points across user roles—participants, judges, admins, and contest hosts—and redesigned the interface to improve clarity, navigation, and overall user flow. The result is a cleaner, more intuitive experience that supports scalability and enhances engagement for all platform users.
